The house we had our eyes on is gone. 436 days on the market but an offer accepted 1 day after we see it? damn . . . sellers should just hire us to look at their places. We can be like the Good Luck Chuck for homeowners.

I really can't decide what is a worse movie, Good Luck Chuck or the other one with Kate Hudson; the one where he gets paid to be a wicked scumbag and gets the girls to run back to their exes. They almost blend into one largely terrible movie in my brain. Gotta be the latter though just for the Jessica Alba > Kate Hudson factor. Kate Hudson is the worst, all she does now is romantic comedies with her acting like a buffoon and at least one or more jokes about her huge ass. Every movie has to point out her butt like its her trademark. Please do yourself a favor and not watch any Kate Hudson movies . . . except for The Skeleton Key, I approve of that one.
